Fernando is an actor/deviser, ne'er-do-well, rascal, scamp, & synonym fan! Credits include "Prepared" (EST), "SPEECH" (Lightning Rod Special), "Skinnamarink" (Next Door @ NYTW), "Minor Character" (UTR/The Public Theater), "Red Emma & the Mad Monk" (The Tank), sundry works at Playwrights Horizons, Soho Rep, MCC, The Drama League, Classic Stage Company, New York Theatre Workshop, & New Dramatists, along with a smattering of film, TV, and web projects. HERO Theatre will return with The Young Dolphins: Chapter Two, A Villainous Rise, written and directed by Elisa Bocanegra. Presented in partnership with Inner-City Arts, the world premiere will be staged at the Rosenthal Theater at Inner-City Arts in Downtown Los Angeles.

Ensemble Studio Theatre (EST) has announced complete casting for the 38th Marathon of One-Act Plays, which will be fully comprised of work from artists who identify as Black, Indigenous & People of Color (BIPOC). This year's selection of eleven plays was curated by Co-Artistic Directors Mike Lew (Teenage Dick) and Colette Robert (Behind the Sheet). Ten plays will be presented across two different series from Sunday October 16 through Sunday November 13 at EST.
