Danielle Bowen Biography
Danielle is an NYC based singer and actor originally from the San Francisco area. She started out performing with American Conservatory Theater in their Young Conservatory. She graduated from ACT with a "Distinguished Young Artist" Award.She attended Emerson College and received her BFA in Musical Theatre. While she was there, she performed in Spring Awakening, Ordinary Days, Carousel and Merrily We Roll Along.
Regionally, she has performed with North Shore Music Theatre in Massachusetts, The Ivoryton Playhouse in Connecticut, Marin Theatre Company in the San Francisco Bay Area and the MUNY in St. Louis. Danielle was nominated for an Independent Reviewers of New England (IRNE) award for Best Actress in a Musical in 2013 and in 2015 received Outstanding Leading Actress in a Musical from the Connecticut Critics Circle.

While the Earth didn't exactly move during the national tour stop of BEAUTIFUL at the Hanover Theater in Worcester this week, this more successful than most biographical jukebox musical did set off an occasional temblor. No surprise, those moments came when the show's legendary subject, Carole King, was channeled by her doppelganger Kennedy Caughell alone at the piano.
