BIO
Amia Korman (they/them) is a newly Chicago-based actor and recent graduate from the Jacobs School of Music at Indiana University Bloomington. They were most recently seen as Éponine in Uptown Music Theater’s Les Misérables. Other favorite credits include Rapunzel (Into The Woods), Schwartzy (Spelling Bee), Ariel (The Little Mermaid) and Beggar Woman (Sweeney Todd). An award-winning vocalist and songwriter, Amia was recently named a Top 10 Finalist in the American Pops Orchestra NextGen National Vocal Competition. Offstage, Amia is a playwright & recording artist, releasing orchestral pop under the pseudonym Dolly In Slacks.
