Alan Blumenfeld

Alan Blumenfeld is one of the hardest working veteran character actors in Hollywood. His lengthy and detailed Filmography on The Internet Movie Database (IMDb) spans his work for the past three decades.

The 2011 year had Alan guest starring on THE MENTALIST, ZEKE AND LUTHER and just beginning work on the independent film, FLUID. Depending on your age, the kinds of shows you like and your depth of dedication to watching movies and television, you may recognize him from any number of shows. Maybe you remember him from the films TIN MEN or RIGHTEOUS KILL or IN HER SHOES. Or as a recurring character in the television series HEROES or BROOKLYN BRIDGE. He got his start in the theater – and he works on stage constantly. He has appeared on Broadway, in many regional companies, and is currently associated in Los Angeles with Theatricum Botanicum, A Noise Within, and South Coast Rep.

In addition to his busy acting career, Alan enjoys teaching acting as an adjunct professor at Pomona College.
