Central Florida Vocal Arts opens their twelfth season with the swashbuckling adventure Gilbert and Sullivan’s The Pirates of Penzance. This comedic classic follows a young pirate who falls in love, leading to hilarious misadventures and rollicking romance. Directed by Selena Ambush, CFVA’s The Pirates of Penzance will feature the best of Central Florida’s vocal talent with the lush backing of the Space Coast Symphony Orchestra, under the baton of Aaron Collins. With the tongue-twisting Major-General and rabble-rousing Pirate King, there's a shipload of glorious things to delight first-timers and Gilbert and Sullivan aficionados alike.
