The South Orange Performing Arts Center (SOPAC) is thrilled to announce sponsorship partners for its 2017 Gala, scheduled for October 28. American Express, BCB Community Bank along with Highland Park Single Malt Scotch Whisky, part of the Edrington portfolio of premium spirits, have been designated as Director Sponsors. Claremont Distilled Spirits, Investors Bank, Valley National Bank and JACLO, authentic American luxury in high-end bath fixtures, have committed to sponsorship at the Signature level. Through the generosity of these corporations as well as individual donors, SOPAC is able to continue providing high quality engaging performances at affordable prices, serving over 50,000 people each year.

Marc Bromfeld, Director of Corporate Affairs and Social Responsibility at Edrington, stated "SOPAC provides essential arts for the entire community and surrounding areas. I have seen these benefits first-hand and know that the Edrington ethos of giving to charitable causes who improve our communities aligns well with SOPAC's mission."

The SOPAC 2017 Gala celebrates the outstanding community contributions of three local residents including Deputy Speaker of the New Jersey State Assembly, Mila M. Jasey of the 47th Legislative District, South Orange community leader and businessman Matt Glass, and philanthropist Patti Donovan.

The evening includes cocktails, passed hors d'oeuvres, dinner stations, and dessert. Honoree tributes, silent and live auctions, and entertainment by Grammy Award-winning talent Vince Giordano & The Nighthawks will make the evening festive for all in attendance.

The iconic performance space, located at One SOPAC Way in the heart of South Orange Village, will host the party in its theatre, loft and lobby areas.
