MotorCity Casino Hotel has postponed Meat Loaf, at Sound Board on Thursday, July 22nd at 8:00pm.

Under the advisement of his doctor, Meat Loaf will not be performing his scheduled appearance tonight, Thursday, July 22nd at MotorCity Casino Hotel. He regrets any inconvenience to his fans as a result of his illness. Concert organizers are working on potential rescheduling opportunities, details of which will be released late next week at motorcitycasino.com. Meat, who is touring in support of his new "Hang Cool Teddy Bear" CD, is looking forward to his Sault Sainte Marie show on Saturday, July 24th.

Meat Loaf is a rock musician, singer, songwriter, actor and record producer. He is noted for his Bat out of Hell album trilogy, selling more than 40 million copies and earned a Grammy Award of Best Rock Vocal Performance, Solo. After more than 30 years, the album still sells an estimated 200,000 copies annually, and stayed on the charts for over nine years. Meat Loaf has also appeared in over 50 movies and television shows sometimes as himself, or as characters resembling his stage persona.
