IlluminArts presents an evening of song and poetry to highlight the groundbreaking collaboration between EXILE Books and the Miami Center for Architecture and Design, LISTEN TO THIS BUILDING, a program that seeks to bridge the understanding between downtown Miami architecture, independent publishing, and accessibility.
Featuring songs to explore life in the city, how places define us, and the characters who bring the buildings and the city to life, along with music of composers who overcame physical challenges to create timeless masterworks.
With songs by Jaoquin Rodrigo, Ludwig von Beethoven, Ricky Ian Gordon, William Bolcom, Christopher Berg, and more! Featuring performances by Susan Hellman Spatafora, Soprano, Daniel Bates, Tenor, and Anna Fateeva, Pianist.
