Bay Street Seeks Summer Housing Donations
By: Gabrielle Sierra
Bay Street Theatre is looking for donated housing for the 2011 Mainstage Season for summer staff, interns, technical support and actors for various lengths of stay. Housing needs exist from May - September for weekend, weeklong and monthly time periods.
"Most people do not realize that housing is a major expense for us," says Tracy Mitchell, Executive Director. "Our ticket sales cover about 50% of our actual expenses for our productions. We have to raise the rest of the funding. If we had some housing donated it would be a tremendous help to the theatre."For more information about donating housing, please call Tracy Mitchellat 631-725-0818.Bay Street Theatre is a not-for-profit regional theater presenting new, classic and contemporary works, with a commitment to challenging and entertaining our diverse community.
