Dance classes in Little Silver, New Jersey
Dance Plus is a family dance studio at 20 Ayres Lane in Little Silver, New Jersey, and describes itself as one of Monmouth County's longest-running studios, teaching for over 30 years. It is owned and artistically directed by Joede Persson, who was selected by the Monmouth Arts Council as one of fifty artists, educators and performers honoured in its '50 of 50' anniversary program. The studio runs a full autumn-to-spring season with a preschool program, graded classes in a range of dance styles, mini-series and special-event workshops, and a Dance Plus Performance Team. Prospective students are invited to try a free class. Community outreach, including the studio's Wishmas Tree project and the Debra C. Parmentola Foundation, is a regular part of its work, and each year closes with a full production; the 2026 show was Beauty and the Beast.
