STRAIGHT NO CHASER, the quirky male a cappella group who became a YouTube sensation with their 'The 12 Days of Christmas' video, make their first PlayhouseSquare appearance with a December 15th concert at 8 pm in the State Theatre. Tickets go on sale beginning at 10 am, Friday, Oct. 15th at www.playhousesquare.org, the Ticket Office or at 216-241-6000. Prices will be $35, $30 & $25.

Christmas, Marines AWOL from Iraq, a Persian love goddess and corporate American agri- business all collide down at Pawpaw's pig farm. And since it's the holiday season, there's some singing and accordion playing, too. For the three-week run, we've added 7 pm Sunday performances in addition to our usual Thu-Sat 8 pm shows.

December 3rd at 7:30 pm, in PlayhouseSquare's Palace Theatre, saxman extraordinaire Koz will be joined by fellow smooth jazz artists: Jonathan Butler (singer/songwriter/guitarist); Brian Culbertson (keyboards/trombone); and Candy Dulfer (alto sax). This talent-times-four is set to entertain with a catalog of their individual hits, plus songs of the season (and maybe a few surprise musical collaborations!).
