Steppenwolf Theatre kicks off its 50th Season with the Chicago premiere of ensemble member Rajiv Joseph's Mr. Wolf. In its four-star review, the Chicago Tribune called it "explosively emotional," and "exquisitely cast." Directed by ensemble member K. Todd Freeman, Mr. Wolf follows the story of Theresa—a precocious 15-year-old who has been missing for over a decade. Now, a miraculous reunion has left her with a family she no longer recognizes nor understands. What really happened while she was missing? And who exactly is the mysterious Mr. Wolf? Mr. Wolf "delivers something hopeful and profound" (Stage and Cinema). Now performing in Steppenwolf's Downstairs Theatre through November 2.
