The Uncanny Attic: Chapters E-H returns to Steppenwolf Theatre, continuing its exploration of Edward Gorey's camp macabre world through an absurdist dark comedy. This original theatrical sequel features an eclectic blend of puppetry, clowning, dance, live music, and dark humor, set in a mysterious attic filled with doomed characters facing absurdly fatal circumstances. Co-creators Jennifer Friedrich and Bazuka Joe lead a talented cast that includes Jill Summers, Susie Kirkwood, and more, all bringing to life a story rich with nods to Gorey's unique style and biography. The show runs from January 15-17, with multiple performances scheduled.
