Highland Park Players Announces Auditions for BUSYTOWN, THE MUSICAL

Highland Park Players announces auditions for its newest Theater for Young Audiences production of Busytown, the Musical. Auditions will be held at West Ridge Center, 636 Ridge Road, Highland Park, on Saturday, December 2 and Sunday, December 3, from 10 am to 1 pm, each day.
Busytown, the Musical is an extremely fun, upbeat one-hour musical play based on the books by Richard Scarry. Busytown is always buzzing with activity. But what do people do all day? That's where Huckle Cat comes in-taking us on a tour of this great neighborhood! And there is so much to see and do, so many wonderful friends to visit. Huckle shows us how Farmer Pig and Grocer Cat work together to bring food to the town. Construction Worker and crew build new houses, and Firechief and the gang keep them safe. Huckle and his friend Lowly Worm help Betsy Bear get a letter to her grandma and bake a cake! Isn't it wonderful how everyone works together to keep Busytown busy?
