There's nothing more summer than an ice pop. Mix up the classic store-bought variations with your very own creations. Don't forget to insert wooden sticks in each pop before freezing!

1. Fruit 'n Yogurt Swirl Pops Mix pureed fruit and yogurt for a healthier alternative to store-bought ice pops that are just as sweet but a fraction of the calories. Swirl pureed fruit and yogurt, pour into popsicle molds, freeze, and enjoy!

2. Strawberry-Granola Breakfast Pops. To make these pops, which you can even eat for breakfast, simply layer strawberry yogurt, quartered strawberries, and granola into small paper cups, and freeze.

3. Cucumber, Agave, Mint Ice Pops. These pops combine fruit and vegetables for a "green" take on this frozen treat. Puree the cucumber, agave, mint, lime juice, and salt, then strain the mixture. Then pour into ice pop molds, freeze, and indulge.

4. Raspberry-Buttermilk Ice Pops. Muddle raspberries in a bowl, then add sour cream, honey, buttermilk, and lemon juice. Stir and pour into ice pop molds. Freeze and eat! To lighten up this treat, replace the sour cream and buttermilk with one cup plain nonfat yogurt.

5. Rainbow Pops. There's no end to the fruitswhich include raspberries, strawberries, banana, orange, mango, and pineapplesinvolved in making this colorful confection. Blend each color into a smoothie and then layer the mixture into a popsicle mold with a spoon or tablespoon. Freeze and enjoy!

6. Peaches and Cream Ice Pops. To craft this frozen twist on a classic dessert, whisk peach nectar, cream, sugar, ginger, and salt, pour into molds, and freeze.

7. Grape, Green Apple, Kale Ice Pops. For this green delight, puree the fruits with salt, strain, pour into molds, freeze, and eat!

8. Mango Lime Ice Pops. These pops are made by pureeing mangoes and lime juice with sugar, water, and salt. Pour the mixture into molds, freeze and sample! Sprinkling them with sea salt and lime zest really punches up the flavor.
