Lehman Trilogy on Wednesday Mar 11th. I learned about how Trump banned European travel during the 2nd intermission. Amazing play!!!

I live on the West Coast (in the San Francisco Bay Area). The last show I saw on Broadway was The Sound Inside back in September 
The last show I saw locally was 42nd Street Moon's production of A Gentleman's Guide to Love and Murder. It was really fun, but I wasn't expecting it to be my last theater experience for a bit.
In theory we're going to New York in May. Crossing my fingers that things get better by then.

Oklahoma, this past November. I have some friends, though, who'd made plans to see Hadestown back in December for March 10 - two days before the shutdown. They got to see it, but if the plans had been for two days later...

Six on March 8. I also saw JLP, We're Gonna Die, Beetlejuice, Hadestown between March 6-8. Now I am in self-isolation back home in Toronto because on March 13, Toronto Public Health recommended that anyone who has been outside of the country in the last 14 days self-isolate.

The Lion King on Mar 7. I had seen it before but my mom hadn't and she really wanted to see it so I couldn't say no to that.
I was supposed to see Cambodian Rock Band yesterday but I had called earlier in the week and got a refund before the shutdown was announced.

Moulin Rouge! on the 10th. It was a Christmas present for my mom and she didn't want to cancel. Turned out to be a fantastic show and I am in love with Ashley Loren's Satine more than Karen's interpretation.

A Christmas Carol on Thanksgiving Eve. I saw Underlying Chris at the matinee at Second Stage. Usually I see shows throughout the winter, but for some odd reason, I didn't book anything this year, so the long pause between shows is unusual. Now I wish I had seen something. I had tickets to The Minutes for next Sunday and Flying Over Sunset the week after that; with Virginia Woolf? in April and Take Me Out and Company in May. I was just about to get tickets to Hangmen and Lehman Trilogy when I heard rumors that Broadway was about to go dark. .

Made a return visit to the The Lion King on Tuesday, for the first time in forever. As far as I could tell, it was almost totally filled up.

Hadestown in May, our last visit to Broadway. Our annual visit was all set for this Wednesday, but of course that has been cancelled now. We may try to come in June if things are closer to normal
We had tickets for Caroline, or Change, West Side Story, and Jagged Little Pill, with plans to get Six tickets.

Hangmen last weekend.
But i was SUPPOSED to see Flying Over Sunset, Lehman Trilogy, and Virginia Woolf this coming week. I'm nervous ill never get to see the last two at all, and certainly not at the prices I had paid.

Hadestown -- the evening show, last Saturday, March 7. I'm so grateful that I got to see that performance, with all the leads in, knowing that it might have been one of the last chances to see that cast. It's hard to believe that was only eight days ago, given how much has changed since then.

Somehow, someway I won the Six lottery the Friday before the shutdown. It was the first time I ever sat front row for a Broadway show and it was one of the most thrilling experiences I ever had in NYC. While I think Six, of any of the fresh crop of shows, can weather this storm, I count myself as really lucky that I got to see it when I did.

Posted: 3/15/20 at 8:19pmI was supposed to be back in NYC at the end of the month so was hoping to see Six, Beetlejuice and Hadestown. At least I got to see touring productions of Mean Girls and Summer at DPAC last month.
