I saw this site on another message board yesterday which sort if explains the theory behind all these closures: https://www.flattenthecurve.com/
British Columbia hasn't yet been hit as hard as Washington State to the south if us. But, today our provincial health officer asked for the the cancellation of all events over 250 individuals. The more surprising thing for most people, though I had a premonition it might come, is that anyone who travels anywhere - including the US - is being asked to quarantine themselves for 14 days upon their return starting today. A lot of people who live close to the border will often cross the border to pick up groceries. The health minister even made a comment on the televised press conference telling people not to go to Washington to buy milk. (Not because the milk is suspect, but due to possible contact with infected individuals in Washington State)
I had plans to go down next weekend to see Sister Act in Seattle which are now cancelled.
I hope things calm down by May when I have a holiday planned in California with plans to see Hamilton, Sunday in the Park With George, & Lempicka among other things.
Dallas has banned crowds over 500 for the next 7 days so Dallas Summer Musical's Come From Away has been at least postponed for now. We have season tickets and this Sunday was our show. Really bummed.
Durham Performing Arts Center currently has the tour of Les Miserables for a return engagement and they are still going. As of this morning, their website says they are working with the Broadway League to monitor the situation. Perhaps they didn't get the memo about yesterday. The governor of NC is recommending cancelling gatherings of more than 100 people (and that recommendation may become an order), so I think it's irresponsible of the theater to continue to operate at this time.

The state of Michigan is grinding to halt (every K-12 school enters a minimum 3 week closure starting this afternoon, all sporting events and concerts are cancelled all colleges and universities), but Broadway in Detroit is saying, “Nah, we’re okay! Can you and your closest 1000 friends come see Dear Evan Hansen?”
My grandma is nearly 100. Maybe I’m not likely to get ill from Coronavirus, but I won’t be the person who accidentally kills her.
California Governor Newsom has declared that all public gatherings of 250 or more people be cancelled or postponed until March 31. So, I won't be seeing Sutton Foster in concert with the San Diego Symphony on March 21. Glad I was able to see her perform with them a few years back. The Symphony has cancelled or postponed other concerts, as well.
The Governor of Delaware has "recommended" non-essential gatherings of more than 100 people be cancelled. This weekend's engagement of the tour of the Play that Goes Wrong at the Playhouse Theatre has been "postponed" and all future events at the Playhouse and Grand Opera House will not go forward until further notice.
There are numerous musicians/comedians/etc scheduled. Next two touring productions (the last two for the season) are Color Purple 4/16-4/19 and Fiddler 5/7-5/10 so hopefully things will be back to normal by then. We've only had four cases here in DE, but there are more cases in the surrounding states.
The performances of RAIN, Les Mis, and Jesus Christ Superstar for Philadelphia have been postponed and they're working toward rescheduling those dates with previous tickets being valid for new dates. Dear Evan Hansen there hasn't been any update yet, but more information is on coming.
"Anybody that goes to the theater, I think we’re all misfits, so we ended up on stage or in the audience.” --- Patti LuPone.

Denver Center on Wednesday. They just said if you're sick, you can exchange your tickets of the same show - depending on inventory. They wrote they are evaluating on a show by show basis. Perhaps they are waiting for an order from Mayor or Governor.
SpongeBob is presently in town and we have tickets next Tuesday. And ends the 22d. Reduced Shakespear Company also ends the 22d. Mean Girls was to open March 25 to April 12.
And now, there is an order from the Mayor. So Denver Center is closed through April 12.
Just got a phone call and email from the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust:

The Band's Visit has listed their March/early April performances as "postponed" and Broadway in Boston released a statement that anyone with tickets should hold on to them for now. I wonder if they're planning on coming back to the cities they missed at the end of their current run in the fall?

They just announced on the news that DPAC is cancelling Les Mis and several other performances.
Broadway in Louisville will postpone all performances of ANASTASIA scheduled between March 17 and March 22, 2020. We ask that ticketholders please hold onto their tickets as we work to reschedule ANASTASIA in Louisville. We will be in touch as soon as possible with more information on the status of this event.
Got this tonight: “Due to Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer’s temporary ban on all events with over 250 people in an effort to slow the spread of COVID-19, all performances of Dear Evan Hansen scheduled for March 25 - April 5 at the Fisher Theatre have been cancelled. In the coming weeks, we hope to announce dates for a future engagement”
Only broadway postponed/cancelled (they haven't said) is a weekend of The Color Purple. I guess you might count the first week of Spamilton: An American Parody.
The State Theater in New Brunswick, NJ is closed until the end of March. They are making all efforts to reschedule shows.
A Chorus Line revival played its final Broadway performance on August 17, 2008. The tour played its final performance on August 21, 2011. A new non-equity tour started in October 2012 played its final performance on March 23, 2013. Another non-equity tour launched on January 20, 2018. The tour ended its US run in Kansas City and then toured throughout Japan August & September 2018.

They have also cancelled remaining performances in Fayetteville, Arkansas this weekend. I wonder if Lila Coogan's run as Anya is done since she was scheduled through April 5.
