Alice By Heart Full Cast Announced |
Girl from the north county must not be transfering this season, as Colton would choose that over an off broadway show.
Colton will not be Evan in Toronto.
Sadden to hear Lesli Margherita is not continuing.
Tickets just went on sale at 1:00 as well.
The MCC site says they're starting at $30, but I looked at every date exactly at the time they went on sale and couldn't find any.

You're assuming they'd have offered Colton the part for Broadway which may not be the case.

Same. So weird. Frustrating
Tickets have been on sale to patrons since 11/1, and to subscribers since 11/16, so I'm not surprised all the $30 seats are gone.

Definitely frustrating... I assumed they would be limited, but they seem to have never actually existed. I was going to go with a friend, but I ended up just getting one for myself. The "no fees" promotion helps, but I could have gotten both seats for less than what I paid for my own.

I get that, but the system showed each date still had $30 seats available as of the public on sale. You'd think if they were gone from subscriber/member sales, the system would have reflected that.
Earlier today, the website showed a closing date of 4/7. When they finally release the extension, that will be a good opportunity to get $30 seats, which are in the front row, by the way.

I also found that when I was on my phone, it showed the tickets started at $30, but when I switched to my laptop, all dates started at $69 (or $68? Whatever the next price was). Regardless, I bought tickets. I loved Noah Galvin so much in DEH - I'm ecstatic he's coming back to theatre.

The front row is $30 for a reason. As I understand it, the stage is very wide and of a decent height.

I saw it at Vassar and from that I'd say maybe 14+? A mature 12 year old should be fine. There are references to sex, drugs etc and the storytelling and pacing might not keep a 12 year old's attention. I guess if you think they'd be ok with Spring Awakening, they'd be ok with this.

That was listed as the maximum extension on the casting call.
Does anyone know why Row F for this show is non-premium, while both rows E and G are premium? Just want to make sure I'm not cheating myself of a good view to save a few bucks. Thanks!

Well, it is a new venue, so no one would really know... but if E and G are premium, I'd say, no, that just means as the dates get closer, they decide to turn so many premium seats to regular price... so they don't get caught with too many premiums on that date. Better to sell them regular price, then wait too long and have to discount them.

If this rendering is accurate, the only possible issue I could see with row F would be the railing behind row E, although I highly doubt it would make it $30 worse than E and G. Other than that, which might not be a problem at all, I can't see anything wrong with those seats. That's what I ended up buying.
