I hope this comes soon. I do know the show has been successful recently in gathering more investors/producers in the hopes of getting it on its feet in NY. Would love if Carmen came back to reprise her role

2019 Pride Playbills Jun 29

Do we know if Monday is the strict cut off for these? I’m seeing shows Monday and Tuesday night and am hoping for Pridebills. A lot of theatres may just hand out Pridebills until their stock is gone, no?

I just had an urge to see it again after watching Fosse/Verdon and was curious."
The Weisslers are too proud to see their shows on TDF. Same reason why you’ll never see Waitress up either
I really hope Marianne Elliot’s Death of a Salesman comes over here. Don’t see it playing Bway, but maybe St Ann’s or BAM. Count me in for The Inheritance, Company and Dreamgirls. There’s so many amazing play revivals over there too that i would love to see come to NY as well, but they seem unlikely. Betrayal, Night of the Iguana, Equus I also know this is near impossible with the Yiddish production currently running here, but I’d love to see Trevor Nunns Fiddler

When she began her first number, I thought “oh, she must be under the weather” but then I realized that she, as always, was in fantastic voice and that the sound mixing was horridly uneven.
She was wonderful as expected. Obviously they had to keep it to a strict 90mins so she couldn’t do her usual banter and anecdotes. She just basically rolled into one song after another with the musicians. Cried about five times. I think the house gave her 4 or 5 standing ovations but I lost tra

I was also there last night. It felt like a mediocre college acting showcase. Winstead was very good but she couldn’t save the play from being an absolute drag and her scene partner didn’t help matters. When he plays the love interest, it’s almost as bad as soap opera quality.

2019-2020 Broadway Season May 11

What do we think will make its way from London next season? At this point, The Inheritance and Dreamgirls seem the most likely. But I’d really love to see some other stuff from there play off broadway. Marianne Elliot’s Death of a Salesman just opened to raves and Caroline or Change is strongly rumored to be coming as well
