It will feature Glengarry Glen Ross and "Arrested Development" star Tambor and Tony Award-winner Lithgow, who recently departed Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, as "two men in their 50s who experience personal epiphanies and decide to make the most of their next 20 years."

Leeson will serve as executive producer along with Tom Werner, Eric Gold, Jimmy Miller and Mike Clements.

In addition to Glengarry Glen Ross, Tambor appeared on Broadway in the original production of Sly Fox.
