James Triner has opened a new office, James Triner Theatricals, to provide general management services for the theater in New York City.

With Triner's extensive experience in the commercial and not-for-profit theater in New York and London, the boutique agency strives to address the management needs of producers both in the United States and internationally.

The first production on the new agency's roster is the Royal Shakespeare Company's production of Hilary Mantel's WOLF HALL produced by Jeffrey Richards, Jerry Frankel, Playful Productions and the Shubert Organization at the Winter Garden Theatre in the Spring of 2015.

On Broadway In 2012, Triner was General Manager for ONE MAN, TWO GUVNORS, produced by Bob Boyett and the National Theatre.

In London's West End, Triner served as Executive Producer of THE BOOK OF MORMON from November 2012 to September of this year. Prior to that he was Executive Producer of DreamWorks Theatricals' SHREK THE MUSICAL in London. He was the General Manager of SHREK on Broadway and the US National Tour.

Following graduation from Yale School of Drama with an MFA in Theatre Administration, James Triner served as an assistant company manager on LES MISERABLES and was company manager at the Manhattan Theatre Club for three seasons from 1994-1997.

With Stuart Thompson Productions he was company manager on THE JUDAS KISS, THE BLUE ROOM, AMY'S VIEW, PROOF (Broadway and Tour), THREE DAYS OF RAIN, and as general manager on THE YEAR OF MAGICAL THINKING, THE VERTICAL HOUR, DOUBT (Broadway and Tour), THE RETREAT FROM MOSCOW, LIFE (x) 3, TAKE ME OUT, MEDEA, and CAROLINE, OR CHANGE, among others.
