Delacorte Operations Supervisor | The Public Theater

The Delacorte Operations Supervisor acts as the eyes and ears is a key member of for The Public Theater's Operations department while our staff is in Central Park over the summer months. They will supervise the Operations team while they prepare the Delacorte Theater for our summer shows, maintain the theater as the shows are running and oversee the preparation of the Delacorte for the winter months when it is closed. This is a seasonal position and reports to the Director of Operations and Facility Management.

Specific Responsibilities:
Supervise housekeeping staff and on-site handyperson, oversee security personnel, maintain scheduled projects and upkeep of the Delacorte, coordinate maintenance efforts with outside contractors and technicians when work cannot be performed in-house, respond to needs of Production and FOH staff as needed, coordinate efforts to deal with emergency situations and inclement weather -

Subscription Manager | Paper Mill Playhouse

Paper Mill Playhouse, one of the country's premier not-for-profit theaters, producing musicals and plays in Millburn, New Jersey, seeks a Subscription Manager. Duties include supervising, training and delegating tasks to subscription service employees as well as cross training Box Office staff in subscription sales and service, overseeing the subscription seating build in the SRO4 computerized ticketing system, help schedule all subscriptions sales initiatives, and manage the processing, fulfillment, and coordination of all subscription orders including seating and upgrades, addressing all subscriber questions and/or complaints, providing the highest level of customer service to all current and potential subscribers and members, and more.

Music Direction/Conducting Intern | Pacific Conservatory Theatre

Pacific Conservatory Theatre (PCPA), a year-round Equity theater company and professional training conservatory at Allan Hancock College in Santa Maria, CA, seeks a MUSIC DIRECTION/CONDUCTING INTERN for its 2016-17 season.

Responsibilities include rehearsal accompanist for musical theater classes and professional productions, assisting students and professional actors with music preparation, assisting the music director in rehearsal, conducting performances, travel to audition sites during a 5-6 week casting tour in December/January/February, and other duties and projects as determined.

Casting Internship | Jim Carnahan Casting

Jim Carnahan Casting is currently seeking motivated, creative, passionate, and dependable individuals for a part-time casting internship position. Part-time would mean at least 3 days a week, 10am - 6pm. Applicants should be students who will receive school credit for this internship.

Intern duties include, but aren't limited to: organizing agent submissions, answering phones, prepping materials for auditions, and assisting our office staff on various casting odds and ends. Some current and upcoming projects include: Groundhog Day, Fun Home, Matilda the Musical, She Loves Me, The Robber Bridegroom, as well as many other readings, workshops, and productions.

Run Crew and Spot Operator | Second Stage Theatre

Run crew and Spot operator positions needed for an upcoming new Off Broadway musical.

Tech is March 16 - 25 with previews and performances running through June 5.

Deck crew will be responsible for all pre-show duties, running shows, moving furniture and props and some possible fly-rail cues and any other show related duties.

Spot ops will help with pre-show set up and run all shows and any other show related duties.
