Kevin Richardson has been added to the all-star alumni cast of the gala 10th anniversary performance of Chicago at the Ambassador Theatre.

Richardson, a former "Backstreet Boy" made his Broadway debut as Billy Flynn in 2003.  He then starred in the show in San Francisco as part of the national touring production.

The performance, which will take place on Tuesday, November 14th, will be directed by Walter Bobbie and will present star alumni previously announced, joining the stars of the original company: Ann Reinking, Bebe Neuwirth, James Naughton, Joel Grey, Marcia Lewis and D. Sabella.

Brooke Shields, Melanie Griffith, Marilu Henner, Gregory Harrison, Alan Thicke and Wayne Brady) will be: P.J. Benjamin, John O'Hurley, Obba Babatunde, Sharon Lawrence, Lynda Carter, Paige Davis, Bianca Marroquin, Chuck Cooper, Christopher MacDonald, Destan Owens, Tom Wopat, Ron Raines, Gerry McIntyre, Raymond Bokhour, Kevin Carolan, Tom McGowan, Ron Orbach and Bruce Winant are among the alumni stars who will be featured in the performance.

Safe Horizon, the nation's largest victim's assistance organization, is the sole beneficiary of the performance.

The evening's honorary chairs are the heads of the three largest Broadway theatre groups: Rocco Landesman (Jujamcyn Theatres), James Nederlander, Sr. (Nederlander Theatres) and Gerald Schoenfeld (Shubert Theatres).

Chicago is the longest-running revival of a book musical in Broadway history. Chicago opened at the Richard Rodgers Theatre on November 14th, 1996; it then played the Shubert before reaching its current home at the Ambassador.  Chicago received 6 1997 Tonys (including Best Revival of a Musical) under Bobbie's direction.  The revival, based on Bobbie's stylistically stripped-down Encores! staging, featured direction as well as choreography by Fosse in its original 1975 production. Chicago features a score by John Kander and Fred Ebb, and a book by Ebb and Fosse

Chicago currently stars Bianca Marroquin as Roxie Hart, Usher as Billy Flynn, Branda Braxton as Velma, Rob Bartlett as Amos Hart, Roz Ryan as Matron "Mama" Morton, and R. Lowe as Mary Sunshine.
