Returning to the road in 2022, The Greeting Committee will embark on an extensive North American headline tour this Fall. It kicks off on November 6 at Aggie Theatre in Fort Collins, CO, makes stops in major cities coast-to-coast, and concludes on December 11 at Aisle 5 in Atlanta, GA. What did our critic think?If you don't have cable, watch SpongeBob Squarepants nor any clue why SpongeBob should be a Broadway musical, no worries. Everything is made clear for those entering Bikini Bottom for the first time. It's packed with family theater elements: bright colors, important themes, messages of friendship, catchy tunes and slapstick comedy. Best day ever!

I was fascinated from the moment I first heard that Fairfield Center Stage was going to perform a musical called THE SPONGEBOB MUSICAL, as I did not previously know that such a musical existed. What I knew, however, is that if it is being put on by Fairfield Center Stage, it is going to be a phenomenal production! On Friday, June 17th, I had the pleasure of experiencing Fairfield Center Stage’s continued commitment to providing excellent theater that goes that extra mile, when I saw THE SPONGEBOB MUSICAL on opening night, at Fairfield Ludlowe High School in Fairfield, CT. Director Joel Fenster, musical director Benjamin Doyle, choreographer Lindsay Johnson, artistic director Christy McIntosh-Newsom, and Executive Producer Eli Newsom all combine their talents with the rest of the crew and this stellar cast to give the audience yet another first-rate performance!

The follow-up to warmly received debut ‘Cult Casual’ was recorded between the band’s current base in Manchester and Damon Albarn’s Studio 13 in West London, and saw Heavy Salad strike up a creative partnership with producer Stephen Street, as well as Christophe Bride (A Certain Ratio).
