As part of TODAY's 'Best of Broadway Week,' writer Ingrid Michaelson and the cast of The Notebook stopped by the show on Thursday to perform songs from the newly Tony-nominated musical. Jordan Tyson, Joy Woods, Maryann Plunkett, and other members of the cast joined the stage to sing the highly emotional number 'I Wanna Go Back'. Watch the performance now!

The project acts as a time capsule of her youth, encompassing the various emotions she experienced personally or witnessed from those around her.
