A couple of new artists, some old favorites and Latin GRAMMY® Award-winners comprise the outstanding line-up for Mandalay Bay's "2011 Landshark Lager Beach Concert Series." The concert season begins in May and is scheduled to run through September on the Mandalay Bay Beach stage, which rises over the Four Diamond resort's signature sand and surf wave pool. Over the course of the past 11 years, this one-of-a-kind concert venue has hosted some of the best names in entertainment.

Concert-goers are invited to bring their blankets, sit on the beach or wade in the surf and listen to the music from the cool confines of Mandalay Bay's 1.6 million gallon wave pool. The 2011 line-up kicks off Sunday, May 29 with the Latin band Calle 13 and performers during the season include Wisin y Yandel, Chris Isaak, Peter Frampton, Lost 80's Live, Beach Boys and The B-52's with Human League. Additional entertainment will be announced in the near future.

CALLE 13 - Sunday, May 29

Latin GRAMMY® Award-winning duo Calle 13 will deliver its eclectic sounds to fans on the Mandalay Bay Beach stage Sunday, May 29 at 9 p.m. Tickets for the Memorial Day weekend performance are priced at $32.50, not including applicable service charges. The Puerto Rican band, formed by stepbrothers Residente and Visitante, entered the Latin American music scene in 2005 with their eponymously titled debut album. In 2007, they released Residente o Visitante, which incorporated a wide variety of genres such as reggae, hip-hop and electronica. The success of the second album led to three Latin GRAMMY® Awards. Calle 13 has since released two additional successful albums, won a total of 10 Latin GRAMMY®s and two GRAMMY®s.

WISIN Y YANDEL - Sunday, June 12

Puerto Rican reggae duo Wisin y Yandel will perform at the Mandalay Bay Beach stage Sunday, June 12 at 9 p.m. Tickets are priced at $57.50, not including applicable service charges. For reservations, call the Mandalay Bay Box Office at (702) 632-7580.

Wisin y Yandel achieved fan recognition with the release of the albums De Otra Manera in 2004 and Mi Vida: La Pelicula in 2005. In 2007, Wisin y Yandel released a wide range of material including a new studio album Los Extraterrestres, a remix album Los Vaqueros: Wild Wild Mixes, a live album Tomando Control and a collection of archival material 2010 Lost Edition. The duo's 2009 effort La Revolución introduced fans to new sounds by adding more electronics and dance music. The album was later supported by a worldwide tour. Earlier this year, the popular duo released their eighth studio album, Los Vaqueros: El Regreso.

CHRIS ISAAK - Saturday, July 16

American singer, songwriter and actor Chris Isaak will bring his classic hits to Las Vegas for a summer concert Saturday, July 16 at 9 p.m. at the Mandalay Bay Beach. Isaak is best known for his international breakthrough songs "Wicked Game," "Baby Did A Bad, Bad Thing" and "Somebody's Crying." The singer's U.S. success was realized in 1987 with his self-titled second album, which later earned gold certification. In 1995, Isaak released the acclaimed Forever Blue (1995) which included the hit "Somebody's Crying"; both the song and the album were nominated for GRAMMY® Awards. Throughout the years, Isaak played small roles in movies including Married to the Mob, Silence of the Lambs and Little Buddha. Most recently, Isaak released a well-received greatest hits collection, Best of Chris Isaak (2006).

PETER FRAMPTON - Friday, July 29

British singer, songwriter and guitarist Peter Frampton will perform his greatest hits on the stage at the Mandalay Bay Beach Friday, July 29 at 9 p.m. Tickets are priced at $40, not including applicable service charges. For reservations, call the Mandalay Bay Box Office at (702) 632-7580.

Frampton is best known for such hits as "Show Me the Way," "Baby, I Love Your Way," "Do You Feel Like We Do" and "I'm in You," which still remain hits on classic-rock radio today. Frampton's international breakthrough album was his live release, Frampton Comes Alive! which sold more than 6 million copies in the U.S. alone and generated several popular hits. Frampton's additional achievements include playing lead guitar on David Bowie's Glass Spider World Tour and appearances in television shows including The Simpsons, The Colbert Report and Family Guy.

LOST 80's LIVE - Saturday, Aug. 13

The unique Lost 80's Live summer tour featuring A Flock of Seagulls, The Motels, When in Rome UK, Tommy Tutone, Berlin, Animotion, Dramarama and Boys Don't Cry arrives at the Mandalay Bay Beach for a Saturday, Aug. 13 performance at 9 p.m. Tickets are priced at $40, not including applicable service charges. The Lost 80's Live tour features some of the most recognizable acts from that great decade and is a unique opportunity to see a number of fan favorites performing live on one stage. The tour has been described by fans nationwide as a "greatest hits show" where every song played could legitimately be on a number of greatest hits' albums. The moment is timeless and fans won't want to miss what many believe is the "best of the 80's."

THE BEACH BOYS - Saturday, Sept. 3

The timeless musical group The Beach Boys will bring its unparalleled talent to the stage at Mandalay Bay Beach for a Labor Day weekend show Saturday, Sept. 3 at 9 p.m. Tickets are priced at $45, not including applicable service charges. America's band, The Beach Boys, continues to play hundreds of shows annually, setting attendance records and selling out fairs, festivals, performing arts centers and casinos along the way. Few, if any, acts can match the group's concert presence, spirit and performance. To these guys, the beach isn't just a place where the surf comes to play, it's where life is renewed and made whole again.

THE B-52's & THE HUMAN LEAGUE - Sunday, Sept. 4

After 25 years and more than 20 million albums into their career, the B-52's remain among the most beloved rock stars in history. From the timeless gems of "Rock Lobster," "Planet Claire" and "Private Idaho" to the more recent classics of "Channel Z," "Love Shack" and "Roam," the B-52's' unforgettable dance tunes start a party every time the music begins.

The Human League is an English electronic New Wave band which formed in 1977. The group achieved popularity in the early ‘80s and as an original avant-garde, all-male synthesizer-based group, evolved into a commercially successful synthpop band under Philip Oakey's leadership. The Human League has released nine studio albums which have produced 29 hit singles. They have had four albums and eight singles in the UK Top 10, including the latest album Credo, released last month. They've sold more than 20 million records worldwide and have performed more than 350 live concerts.
