Vermont Repertory Theatre presents : Sweeney Todd Fri Feb 28th - Fri March 7th 2025 Set in the dark and foggy streets of London's East End, this Gothic tale of murder and revenge unfolds to the unforgettable music of Stephen Sondheim. This deeply seductive musical - straight from the old Penny Dreadful horror stories sold on street corners - takes its audience on a rare theatrical journey among the back alleys and singular characters of Victorian London. Our production at Main Street Landing is going to be quite an experience! Seating will be split between seats at cabaret tables and raked seating, so we recommend early arrival to find your perfect spot. Doors open 30 minutes prior to performance. Warnings: Blood, Murder, Dismemberment, Cannibalism, Sexual Violence, Flagellation, Gunshots, Immolation This production is not for children. Infants and children under 13 will not be given entry. If you intend to bring teens 13-17 please understand that some of the content may be challenging. Please contact us at admin@vermontrep.com for more information. Tickets here - Theater Engine
