Inspired by the revolutionary musical, HAMILTON: THE EXHIBITION takes visitors deeper into the life and times of founding father Alexander Hamilton, the American Revolution and the creation of the United States of America. HAMILTON: THE EXHIBITION opened in Chicago on Northerly Island on April 27 and had previously been set to close on September 8.

Monroe St.) on January 5, 2020, it has been announced by producer Jeffrey Seller. Chicago was the first city outside New York where HAMILTON opened; the production began performances on September 27, 2016 at what was then The PrivateBank Theatre.

Hamilton opened its West End production last night and fans are already buzzing about whether or not the show's creator and original star, Lin-Manuel Miranda, plans to join the cast. According to BBC, Miranda said that he would like to come back to the role but it won't be until 2019 at the earliest.

Ticket resales are the bane of every big name show and have gone to incredible price heights ever since HAMILTON hit Broadway. Now, the West End company is fighting the same fight. According to The Guardian, prices are currently peaking at 6,000. In an effort to combat this, the production is warning ticket buyers that they may be turned away if they present a resold ticket.
