Composer David T. Little announced season highlights including the New York premiere of WHAT BELONGS TO YOU at NYU Skirball, a 20th-anniversary release of SOLDIER SONGS by Opera Philadelphia, and new productions of DOG DAYS and JFK across North America and Australia.
