Cabaret at the Kit Kat Club Revival

The producers of Cabaret at the Kit Kat Club on Broadway are facing expanded legal claims from investor and attorney James Lorenzo Walker, Jr., who filed an amended complaint in New York Supreme Court on October 30, 2025.

Producers of Broadway’s Cabaret at the Kit Kat Club have moved to dismiss an investor lawsuit. A newly filed email shows counsel accusing the plaintiff of rejecting financial transparency offers and threatening press coverage.

The Tony Award-winning production of Cabaret at the Kit Kat Club ends its run on Broadway at the August Wilson Theatre on September 21, 2025 after 18 preview performances and 592 regular performances. The next show to play the August Wilson Theatre has not yet been announced.

A lawsuit filed in New York Supreme Court alleges that producers of Cabaret at the Kit Kat Club mismanaged funds and withheld profits from investors.

This just in - producers Adam Speers for ATG Productions, Underbelly, Gavin Kalin Productions, Hunter Arnold, Smith & Brant Theatricals, and Wessex Grove announced that the Tony Award-winning production of Cabaret at the Kit Kat Club will end its run on Broadway at the Kit Kat Club at the August Wilson Theatre (245 West 52nd Street) on Sunday, September 21. On that date, the production will have played 18 preview performances and 592 regular performances.
