Waitress (Non-Eq) Tour

Actors’ Equity Association has opened a grievance against Barry and Fran Weissler and the National Artists Management Company (NAMCO), the licensors of Waitress, for double-breasting – profiting from union and non-union workers at the same time. 

WAITRESS the Musical, presented by the FSCJ Artist Series’ Broadway Encore sponsored by VyStar Credit Union will perform on Friday, April 29th, 2022, at the Jacksonville Center for the Performing Arts  (formerly the Times-Union Center).

AT&T Performing Arts Center has announced WAITRESS will play Winspear Opera House for a limited 5-day engagement! The diner opens up May 10-15, 2022!

The FSCJ Artist Series will present WAITRESS, sponsored by Vystar Credit Union, at the Times-Union Center for one night only, April 29, 2022 at 8:00 p.m.

Actors’ Equity Association, the national labor union representing more than 51,000 professional actors and stage managers in live theatre, has filed with the National Labor Relations Board to bargain on behalf of the actors and stage managers of the national tour of Waitress.

The national tour of Waitress, featuring music and lyrics by Sara Bareilles, opened at the Kimmel Cultural Campus’ Academy of Music last night, where it is set to run through Sunday, April 3.

The national tour of Waitress is currently making its way across the country, with stops in Indiana, Kentucky, New Jersey, Connecticut, South Carolina and more! Waitress' next stop is at The Kimmel Cultural Campus' Academy of Music in Philadelphia, where it will play from Tuesday, March 29 through Sunday, April 3, 2022.

The producers of Waitress and Blumenthal Performing Arts announced casting for the hit Broadway musical, which will return to Charlotte for a special five-week engagement April 19–May 22, 2022 in the Booth Playhouse, followed by a five-week engagement at Cleveland’s Playhouse Square May 26–June 26, 2022 in the Hanna Theatre.

The Kimmel Cultural Campus will present Waitress as part of its 2021-22 Broadway Series, playing at the Campus’ historic Academy of Music from Tuesday, March 29 – Sunday, April 3, 2022.

The Ordway will present the national touring production of Waitress, the popular Broadway musical that celebrates friendship, motherhood and the magic of a well-made pie. Waitress is the fourth and final show of the Saint Paul performing arts center’s series Broadway @ the Ordway with just eight performances March 8-13.

The American Theatre Guild has announced the Colorado Springs engagement of the powerfully brilliant, WAITRESS. WAITRESS is part of the BROADWAY IS BACK AT THE PIKES PEAK CENTER SERIES. Start the New Year off right and join them January 4-5,2022 at The Pikes Peak Center.

The show still has a winning recipe, but this touring production doesn't measure up to its 2018 D.C. predecessor.
