Sioux City Orpheum History

Sioux City Orpheum is a performing arts center. Built in 1927 as a vaudeville and movie palace, the theatre was restored in 1999 and today is the home of the Sioux City Symphony Orchestra. The Orpheum is flexible enough to host a variety of events and performers, from live music and theater, to movie showings and events for kids.

 Cheap Trick have announced fall tour dates that will begin October 2 at Springfield, MO’s Gillioz Theatre and then make stops across the country through the month. Cheap Trick is currently poised for a busy summer schedule that includes North American headline shows, festivals, benefits, and a tour as special guest to Rod Stewart.

Disney Princess - The Concert, the spin-off Disney sanctioned iteration of the popular cabaret series the Broadway Princess Party, has cancelled all upcoming performances through the end of 2021. The show was set to launch a tour in Macon, GA next month.
