A Spoonful of Melodies is a musical dinner experience presented by Elysium and Jaksical. The show runs every Saturday evening at 18.30 PM until August 31, 2024 at Copper 30, Lippo Kuningan. After their initial run featuring classic Disney songs, their second set features showtunes from musical movies, including La La Land, Mamma Mia, The Greatest Showman, and more.

“These Dreams are Killing Me” – a song that, according to Louis “sits in that perfect phantom zone between sad and happy” – is the third track to be shared from Louis Cole’s forthcoming collaborative album with Metropole Orkest and Jules Buckley, humbly titled nothing. This self-effacing title raises a smile not least because nothing is a truly epic record in scope and sound. Watch the music video!

This 2022 revival of the 1964 musical is quite enjoyable, not because of its new changes (via director Michael Mayer and Harvey Fierstein's new book) but thanks mostly to its lead star McCrimmon, who is reason enough to see this touring iteration. The show continues at Segerstrom Center for the Arts (with co-star Melissa Manchester) through June 9.

The show will be held at Nashville's historic Ryman Auditorium on Tuesday, June 4 at 7:30 p.m.
