Crikey! “RuPaul’s Drag Race Down Under” will debut July 30th, exclusively on WOW Presents Plus in select territories worldwide, day and date with its local airings on Stan (Australia) and TVNZ (New Zealand). The Green Room 42 has announced their 2022 Pride Week line-up for in-person performances.  As previously announced, The Green Room 42 has launched $5 tickets in celebration of their 5th Anniversary: five $5 tickets will be available for every show through February 14, 2023.

Opening tonight at Darkhorse Theater in Nashville is That Woman – The Monologue Show, which explores the stories of women who involved or rumored-to-be involved with President John F. Kennedy. Co-written by Nashville-area women playwrights and actors, it is performed by a diverse ensemble of actors who bring the women to life “in a fascinating look at a lesser-known aspect of history and a thought-provoking and entertaining evening of theatre.”

Despite a still problematic central premise, the non-equity national tour of the stage adaptation of TOOTSIE---now playing at Segerstrom Center for the Arts in Costa Mesa through June 12, 2022---is, for the most part, a funny but flawed musical sprinkled with lots of funny lines, rapid-fire humor, and amusing shenanigans.

During a Q&A for her beauty brand, R.E.M. Beauty, Grande shared that she has not started working on a new album due to devoting her time to filming The Voice and preparing for her Wicked audition. Now, as production on the films begin this summer, Grande will be focusing completely on playing Glinda.
