Migguel Anggelo Responds to Attacks Against LGBTQ Community with One-Man Show

In response to Trump's presidency, there has been a surge of art that serves to resist his agenda. On October 26th, 27th and 29th, singer, songwriter, performer and activist Migguel Anggelo is adding his voice to the resistance as part of The Fearless Series: presented by The Clemente Cultural Center. Prompted by the Trump administration's bigoted ideology, the series was born as a direct response to Orlando and the continuing attacks against the LGBTQ community. As hate crimes continue to plague our country, and marginalized groups struggle to find sanctuary, The Clemente has invited six LGBTQ artists/art organizations to create works connected by the theme of understanding and unity.  (more...)
