It's a new season on Broadway! While plenty of 2023/24 season announcements have yet to be made, many productions have already revealed full details of their upcoming engagements. Check out a full list of what's to come on Broadway in Fall 2023-Spring 2024!

Front Porch has partnered with Town Hall Theatre Co in Lafayette to offer a new series called Front Porch Presents.

The Library of Congress National Audio-Visual Conservation Center is announcing the full lineup of rare cinema and special guests to be featured at the inaugural Library of Congress Festival of Film and Sound. The new four-day film festival will be held June 15-18 in association with the AFI Silver Theatre and Cultural Center at the American Film Institute's beautifully restored 1938 art deco theater in Silver Spring, Maryland.

A searing indictment of prejudice and racism in all its permutations wrapped in a fascinating “whodunit” mystery ----the compelling Pulitzer-Prize winning play by Charles Fuller, A Soldier’s Play, is now a knockout of a production at the Kennedy Center’s Eisenhower Theater. 

Meadowmount School of Music, the summer program for young string players in the Adirondack Mountains of New York, will hold its 79th session June 26 – August 11, 2023.

The Washington Ballet's production of The Nutcracker will return with performances at THEARC, November 12–13, and the Warner Theatre, November 25–December 30. In addition to 37 scheduled performances, signature events include The Nutcracker Tea Party (December 4), Military Appreciation Night (December 7) and Family Day (December 11).

Westport Country Playhouse will stage the gripping tale of determination, hope, motivation, and inspiration, “From the Mississippi Delta,” written by Endesha Ida Mae Holland, Ph.D., and directed by Goldie E. Patrick, from October 18 - 30. The play was nominated for a Pulitzer Prize and won a Los Angeles Drama-Logue Award.

Screenings will kick off with the Opening Night presentation of Mark Fletcher’s Patrick and the Whale, followed by the Centerpiece Selections of Ben Klein and Violet Columbus’ The Exiles and Shaunak Sen’s All That Breathes, with Kathlyn Horan’s The Return of Tanya Tucker – Featuring Brandi Carlile screening on Closing Night.

According to an interview with The Age, Alain Boublil and Claude-Michel Schoenberg are currently revising Martin Guerre for a potential London run in 2024. Paul Hodge, who wrote Clinton: The Musical, is helping with the rewrite. Original producer Cameron Mackintosh has returned the rights to the creators and will not be involved. 

Tickets to the Pulitzer Prize- and Tony Award-winning revival touring production of A SOLDIER'S PLAY from Roundabout Theatre Company go on sale tomorrow, September 16, 2022 for the Dayton engagement February 14-19, 2023, at the Victoria Theatre. The engagement is co-presented by The Human Race Theatre Company and Dayton Live.

Bryant Park Picnic Performances presented by Bank of America will continue on September 2 with New York City Opera's fourth and final summer 2022 performance at Bryant Park, a special one-night-only abridged version of Donizetti’s classic Lucia di Lammermoor.
