The Orange Tree Theatre today announces the full cast for Pierre Marivaux's The False Servant, translated by Martin Crimp, whose prolific international career began at the Orange Tree Theatre, including the recent hit revival of Dealing with Clair. Before his final season as Artistic Director of the OT, Paul Miller, directs Uzair Bhatti, Will Brown, Julian Moore-Cook, Phoebe Pryce, Lizzy Watts and Silas Wyatt-Barke.

MOSSO, the Musicians of the Springfield Symphony Orchestra, have announced details of their upcoming summer concerts at Symphony Hall. MOSSO will celebrate the music of Stephen Sondheim and John Williams. These concerts mark the first time in almost twenty years that the musicians of the Springfield Symphony Orchestra have performed summer concerts in Springfield.

The Lake / nx̌aʔx̌aʔitkʷ, a unique opera documentary about the groundbreaking cross-cultural collaboration between Vancouver’s Astrolabe Musik Theatre, Turning Point Ensemble and Westbank First Nation, has its BC premiere on May 6, 2022, at 7:45 p.m. at the VIFF Centre VanCity Theatre, with a second screening May 12 at 7:45 p.m. at SFU’s Djavad Mowafaghian Cinema, as part of the DOXA Documentary Film Festival. The Lake / nx̌aʔx̌aʔitkʷ is also available for viewing online.

Steppenwolf Theatre Company has announced the 2022/23 Season today. Playwrights Horizons today announced its 2021-22 season. The influential Off-Broadway institution returns to in-person performance after 18 months in which, under new artistic leadership, it has marked its 50th anniversary and reflected deeply on the role the theater should play in the life of its city, its country, and the world.

Everything Will Be Ok Eventually, out now via C3 Records, features the buzzworthy singles and Top 10 Triple A radio hits “Let Down” and “Better.” Written and produced by Singer with longtime collaborator and co-producer Jake Rye, the 6-song collection soundtracks chasing a dream until it’s real, while offering hope and optimism for the future.

National Alliance for Musical Theatre has announced the line-up of new musicals for their 33rd Annual FESTIVAL OF NEW MUSICALS on Thursday October 20 and Friday, October 21, 2021. This year, NAMT ‘s Festival of New Musicals will be presented as a unique digital and in-person hybrid, allowing wider accessibility for attendees.

Taking place 7-8 July, the Engine Room Film Festival will showcase emerging and established filmmakers from the South West, celebrating local talent on the main stage of Salisbury Playhouse.  

Victory Gardens Theater will welcome Marisa Carr, Keelay Gipson, Isaac Gómez and Stacey Rose as the new members of the Victory Gardens Playwrights Ensemble. The Ensemble will be members for a three-year term, through 2024.

Following the tour’s kickoff September 25th in St. Louis, Singer and his bandmates -- Aaron Senor (drums), Jake LeMond (guitar), and Connor Robertson (bass) -- will make their way west stopping in Denver, Boise, Portland, Seattle and San Francisco before reaching Los Angeles to headline The Roxy Theatre on October 6th.

The Royal Ballet celebrates the rich history of American ballet in classic works by George Balanchine and Jerome Robbins, two choreographic giants of the 20th century.  Balanchine and Robbins open's on 4 June and is live streamed on 11 June at 7.30pm priced £16.

Out of that challenge, they have released “Sports with Strangers,” “Xbox Luvr” over the last few months, and have now added their latest lo-fi indie pop single “Daydreams/Heartbreaks.”
