Justin Sayre returns to Joe's Pub with another edition of their long-running Queer Variety Show, The Meeting. Sayre is celebrating 10 years since the formation of The Meeting in 2009, the show went on to become the longest running LGBTQ variety show in New York. Sayre will offer stories and songs with a host of downtown royalty, from Angela DiCarlo, Nadia Quinn, Amber Martin, and Phillip Taratula as Pam Goldberg on Friday night, December 6th. And Nathan Lee Graham, Natalie Joy Johnson, Dane Terry, Zachary Clause and Shane O'Neill as Jane Johnson. Tracy Stark will be Musical Director.

The Rubin Museum of Art has announced its first exhibition of 2020, 'Measure Your Existence,' a new group show organized by guest curator of contemporary art, Christine Starkman. Opening February 7, 2020, the exhibition will feature six contemporary artists who address the fleeting nature of existence through performance, installation, film, sculpture, and photography.

Leonard Soloway's Broadway, a new documentary produced and directed by Jeff Wolk (After Louie; Last Glimmer of Day) will be available for purchase on Amazon as well as on demand and digitally beginning tomorrow, November 12. The film premiered on November 4th at The Landmark on 57th Street.

Irish Arts Center and Baryshnikov Arts Center join forces again to present the U.S. premiere of Colin Dunne's Concert, in which he takes on the widely influential Irish fiddle player Tommie Potts' iconic—and notoriously choreographically challenging—1972 album The Liffey Banks, armed with an LP, tape recorder, portable speakers, and sheets of flooring.
