Two-time Grammy winner Taj Mahal is one of the most prominent and influential figures in blues and roots music. His insatiable interest in musical discovery has nearly singlehandedly reshaped the definition and scope of the blues via the infusion of exotic sounds from the Caribbean, Africa, South Pacific, and more.
