Arizona Theatre Company Launches New Enhanced Website

Arizona Theatre Company is pleased to introduce a new, enhanced website at www.arizonatheatre.org. The new site launched October 14, 2010 and was made possible from a 2009 Technology Grant from the Virginia G. Piper Charitable Trust.

The new arizonatheatre.org was built by Godat Design, one of Tucson's top design firms. It has been designed with a focus on easier navigation and greater promotion of current and upcoming shows. Menus on the top of the webpage and relevant press information linked directly to each show's page help with navigation of the site. The website can also use IP addresses to deliver more relevant information to individual Phoenix and Tucson patrons based on the individual's city of residence.

The Piper Trust funding further allowed ATC to implement a fully integrated ticket system. This system, which debuted in March 2010, has allowed Arizona Theatre Company to more effectively serve patrons by offering more efficient ticket sales options, including advanced web sales technology, ticket-scanning at the theatre, e-tickets and print-at-home ticketing options.
