San Francisco's 42nd Street Moon presents its first production of 2022: the Tony Award®-nominated A GRAND NIGHT FOR SINGING, a musical revue showcasing the songs of Rodgers and Hammerstein. A GRAND NIGHT FOR SINGING was conceived by Walter Bobbie and features music by Richard Rodgers, lyrics by Oscar Hammerstein II and music arrangements by Fred Wells.

The Tony Award-winning, record-breaking musical CHICAGO opened this week in Brazil for a limited engagement at Teatro Santander through May 29, 2022. This Portuguese-language production stars Emanuelle Araújo as Velma Kelly, Carol Costa as Roxie Hart and Tony Award winner Paulo Szot as Billy Flynn, who recently starred in the Broadway production.

Yesterday was good, grand, and great- wasn't it? After an 18-month long shutdown, four Broadway musicals re-opened last night, and one of them was the Tony Award-winning, record-breaking hit musical Chicago. Watch below as director Walter Bobbie tribute the late, great Ann Reinking before the show, the company takes the stage for 'All That Jazz', and takes their first bows since March 2020.

Everything came up roses tonight at the reopening of Chicago on Broadway as the company tossed handfuls of rose petals to celebrate their first curtain call back at the Ambassador! 

At tonight's reopening of Broadway's Chicago, the show's director Walter Bobbie paid tribute to the production's legendary choreographer and original star, Ann Reinking, who passed away in December 2020.

The long-running revival of Kander and Ebb's Chicago returned to its home at Broadway's Ambassador Theatre tonight!

Announced in the show's lead roles were Ana Villafañe as Roxie Hart, Bianca Marroquín as Velma Kelly, and Tony Award-winner Lillias White as Matron 'Mama' Morton.

Today we rewind to 2015 for the Encores! revival of Zorba!, which opened on May 6 and ran for seven performances.
