Mare Winningham and Jeannette Bayardelle sat down with Sherri Shepherd on the Wendy Show to discuss starring in Girl From the North Country on Broadway. During the interview, the stars reacted to their Tony nominations, revealing how they found out, and detailed their meeting with Bob Dylan, whose music is used in the show.

Last night, Girl From The North Country hosted a special performance and gala to celebrate their third time opening on Broadway, as well as their seven Tony Award nominations, including “Best New Musical.”

The six member cast starred musical theatre stars Julie Garnye and Juliana Hansen, Broadway's Melody Hollis and Kristofer McNeely, and musical theatre star Jeffrey Christopher Todd, with Special Guest... Broadway, film, TV, concert and recording star Lainie Kazan. Christy Crowel served as the evening's Musical Director, with Shelly Markham serving as Musical Director for Lainie Kazan. Bruce Kimmel conceived, produced and directed Take Me Along, with Adryan Russ on board as Associate Producer.
