The American Repertory Theater (A.R.T.)'s critically acclaimed production of Tennessee Williams's The Glass Menagerie, directed by Tony Award-winning director John Tiffany, will offer ASL interpreted and audio described performances on February 26 and 27. The American Repertory Theater (A.R.T.), presents Tennessee Williams' The Glass Menagerie in February 2013, to be directed by Tony Award-winning director John Tiffany. Multiple Tony and Emmy Award winner Cherry Jones returns to the A.R.T. to play Amanda Wingfield, and will be joined by Zachary Quinto as Tom, Celia Keenan-Bolger as Laura, and Brian J. Smith as the Gentleman Caller. The Tony Award-winning design team includes set and costumes by Bob Crowley, lighting by Natasha Katz, and sound by Clive Goodwin. Chicago Shakespeare Theater (CST) is currently presenting, William Shakespeare's rarely produced Timon of Athens, directed by CST Artistic Director Barbara Gaines and featuring Tony Award winner Ian McDiarmid in the title role. Performed in CST's Courtyard Theater from through June 10, 2012, Gaines' production also features Sean Fortunato as Flavius, James Newcomb as Apemantus and Danforth Comins as Alcibiades. Emmy Award-winner Alec Baldwin gave life to the words of John, Robert, and Edward Kennedy, when he joined conductor Keith Lockhart, the Boston Pops Orchestra, and the Tanglewood Festival Chorus for a performance of The Dream Lives On: A Portrait of the Kennedy Brothers at Tanglewood in Lenox, MA today, Sunday July 18.

Last night, May 18, acclaimed actors Robert De Niro, Ed Harris, Morgan Freeman, and Cherry Jones joined conductor Keith Lockhart and the Boston Pops Orchestra for the world premiere performance of The Dream Lives On: A Portrait of the Kennedy Brothers, at Symphony Hall in Boston, MA. Written by composer Peter Boyer and lyricist Lynn Ahrens and commissioned by Keith Lockhart and the Boston Pops, The Dream Lives On pays tribute to the legacies of John, Robert, and Edward Kennedy.
