Residents and visitors of Lancaster can celebrate the holiday season in a fresh way by attending  Illumination, an enchanting theater-in-the-round concert at Prima Theatre.

Servant Stage will continue its 2023 season with the delightful hit musical, Big Fish. This heartfelt, imaginative, and entertaining story celebrates the extraordinary in everyday life. Based on the celebrated 1998 novel by Daniel Wallace and the acclaimed film directed by Tim Burton, Big Fish tells the larger-than-life tale of Edward Bloom, a man who leads an extraordinary life– according to the stories he tells his son, Will. But Will, who is getting married and expecting a child of his own, doesn't think there is any truth to the extravagant tales his father tells about meeting giants, mermaids, and joining the circus. When Edward's health begins to decline, Will visits his father and tries one last time to find out the truth behind the tall tales.

Anyone who has been to a live concert can remember that distinct feeling; the thrill as you walk into the venue, the energy from the crowd, the thumping music from the speakers, the excitement as the singer walks onstage, the first chord is played, and the first note is sung. With strong female performers like Taylor Swift and Beyoncé dominating the live concert scene this summer, Prima Theatre will present a tribute concert this September featuring musical hits by some of the greatest girl groups of all time, from The Supremes to The Spice Girls.

Fulton Theatre will present a Benefit Concert of Ahrens and Flaherty's Ragtime on July 15, 2023. The cast of 64 will be directed by Marc Robin and the 28 piece orchestra will be led by Ben McNaboe.

Fulton Theatre announces casting for their upcoming production of The Wiz. Leading the company is Jaden Dominique as Dorothy, Paris Bennett (American Idol Season 5) as Addaperle/Evillene, and DeQuina Moore (original Broadway: Little Shop of Horrors, Chiffon; Legally Blonde, Pilar) as Aunt Em/Glinda. What did our critic think of JERSEY BOYS at Fulton Theatre? Jersey Boys made its local premiere at Fulton Theatre recently. While there were certain pandemic related setbacks and obstacles, it was definitely worth the wait. Fulton's production of Jersey Boys is an amazing combination of blockbuster songs, amazing harmonies, and engaging storytelling.

Fulton Theatre's 6th show of the 21/22 Marquee Season is the dynamic, exhilarating Man of La Mancha. New Albany Middle School has been rehearsing and preparing for this show since January. Mary Poppins Jr. consists of 54 cast members and 16 crew members grades 6-8. Featuring projections by Nick Eberts and lighting design by Jon Gillie, an entire team of dedicated parents created the scenery, props and costumes led by Director Gould. Written by Lynn Nottage, two-time Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright, Sweat takes place in Reading, PA at the height of the de-industrial revolution and focuses on friendships that are challenged by the loss of work, a shifting cultural landscape, and the divide between community, loyalty, and the pressures of a capitalistic society.
