New Earth Theatre, in association with Arcola Theatre and The North Wall, has announced the full cast for the world première of Kyo Choi's The Apology, portraying the stories of the 'comfort women' of the Second World War and the subsequent political cover-up.

Whether a Broadway freshman or seasoned senior, BroadwayHD viewers can get schooled in theatre classics like The Sound of Music and Romeo and Juliet, to more advanced theatre titles like The Importance of Being Earnest to Lady Day at Emerson’s Bar & Grill, and graduate with honors.

The film follows a young woman (Kat Graham) takes a trip to romantic Verona, Italy, after a break up, only to find that the villa she reserved was double-booked, and she’ll have to share her vacation with a cynical and very good-looking British man (Tom Hopper). Hedgerow Theatre Company and Delaware County Community College Drama Department will present Shakespeare's Twelfth Night in a traveling outdoor co-production this August. Set in the French Quarter of New Orleans, mistaken identities, love triangles run amuck, and mischief galore can be found in this Shakespearian comedy that serves up summer delight for everyone. 

The Verona Quartet, one the most exciting current interpreters of the string quartet literature, will perform at the Otesaga Resort Hotel on Monday, August 8 at 7pm as part of the Cooperstown Summer Music Festival's 24th season.

Members of Paper Mill Playhouse's competitive Conservatory are directed and choreographed by Paper Mill Playhouse’s professional artistic staff in a fully produced, original concert titled A Whole New World: A Tribute to Alan Menken. Sh!t-faced Shakespeare doesn’t take itself too seriously and puts bawdy entertainment at the top of the agenda; whether Shakespeare himself would give the thumbs up (or perhaps some other finger) is a question for another day.
