After separately entertaining audiences in jazz clubs, cabarets and concert halls around the world for years, Jacob Khalil and Jordan von Haslow join forces to announce 'Pure Imagination', the newest double act to play the Las Vegas Strip.

'Celebrating... Nat 'King' Cole', an evening of cabaret jazz saluting the iconic jazz/pop trailblazer in this his centennial birth year, starring vocalist Jordan von Haslow and pianist Matt Baker closes on Thursday, October 24.

Patsy Cline's trailblazing spirit is remembered in a?oeMy Patsy Cline Songbook,a?? the first-ever, full-length jazz tribute album arriving August 23, 2019.  Drawing on her country roots, vocalist Staci Griesbach's debut album explores looking at the Nashville Songbook as another treasure trove to consider reinterpreting for jazz, much like the traditional Great American Songbook.

International vocalist Michelle Johnson will pay tribute to Ella, known as the First Lady of Song, Queen of Jazz, and Lady Ella when Michelle Johnson Presents A Tribute To Ella Fitzgerald at the Myron's Cabaret Jazz at The Smith Center on April 19.

Jazz pianist Matt Baker returned to a capacity crowd at Birdland (315 West 44th Street NYC) with the world premier of his NEW project: A Rhapsody of Gershwin on Monday, March 18 to huge standing ovations! This brilliant show presented a whole new spin on the music one of America's most celebrated composers, with an all-star lineup from the heart of New York's jazz scene. Joining Matt Baker - Piano; were Endea Owens - double bass; Curtis Nowosad - drums; Alex Goodman - guitar; and special guests: Nico Sarbanes- trumpet & voice; and Grammy nominated vocalist Nicole Zuraitis.

Revered jazz vocalist Tierney Sutton makes her Cafe Carlyle debut, March 19-23. An 8-time Grammy nominee over the course of her esteemed career, Sutton has received seven consecutive nominations for Best Jazz Vocal Album - one for every project she has released over the last decade. In 2013 she released After Blue, a jazz-inspired re-imagining of the legacy of Joni Mitchell.

A "first-rate singer of unusual refinement" with "a voice that traverses genres" (New York Times), Michael Winther, making his Birdland Theater solo debut, joins forces with award-winning jazz pianist, Matt Baker for a unique mix of classic, romantic standards and contemporary love songs as well as some discoveries from the contemporary musical theater - just in time for Valentine's Day!

Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts,  which brings audiences world-class theater, dance and music performed by many of the most sought-after artists,presents Chris Walden Big Band with a program that pays tribute to the "Rat Pack" era on Saturday, October 27, 2018, 7:30 pm,in the Bram Goldsmith Theater at The Wallis. Walden, a seven-time Grammy-nominated composer/arranger/conductor, has scored more than 40 feature and TV films and written more than 1,500 orchestral and big band arrangements for artists ranging from Aretha Franklin, Paul McCartney and Barbra Streisand to Diana Krall and Rihanna, among many others.

Porchlight Hospitality, LLC, headed by Paul Lowden and Chris Lowden will produce the 2019 Newport Beach Jazz Party. Paul Lowden is the Chairman of Archon Corporation, parent of Porchlight Hospitality, LLC, and an accomplished jazz musician himself. Chris Lowden is the founder of Stoney's Rockin' Country, Las Vegas' ACM-nominated Nightclub of the Year.
