Levitt LA's summer long coming of age party continues to reflect the cultural mosaic of Los Angeles with an outstanding lineup while enjoying an iconic LA outdoor setting in historic MacArthur Park.

The FSU/Asolo Conservatory for Actor Training has announced its 2023-24 season, featuring two cherished classical works, a staple of modern drama and a play by a leading African American female playwright. 

The SUCCESSION series finale entitled “With Open Eyes” delivered nearly 3 million viewers (2.928 million) across Max and linear telecasts Sunday night for a series high performance. This is a 68% improvement over the season three finale of 1.7 million viewers. Prior to the finale, the Sunday night high for Succession was episode six of this year.

The 2022 GLAAD Outstanding Breakthrough Artist will kick off Pride Month with a live performance of her hit collaboration, “Sad in the Summer” from Diplo's just-released Country project Thomas Wesley: Chapter 2 – Swamp Savant. Rose's GMA performance comes days after joining Diplo on the season finale of NBC's The Voice.

Opera Atelier's founding Co-artistic Directors Marshall Pynkoski and Jeannette Lajeunesse Zingg announced the company's celebratory 2023/24 season, featuring the 1774 French version of Gluck's Orpheus and Eurydice - written expressly for Marie Antoinette - on stage October 26 to November 1, 2023, followed by the groundbreaking mixed program, featuring music by Debussy, Hahn, Handel, Lully, Purcell and Rameau in All Is Love, on stage April 11 to 14, 2024.

The Board of Directors at ArtsWest has announced that Inji Kamel is joining the team as ArtsWest's new Managing Director effective May 22, 2023.  Her ties within the arts community, broad experience in theater management and production, and deep commitment to the same values ArtsWest holds made her a fabulous candidate for this position. The addition of Inji as Managing Director completes the ArtsWest team, and the company is planning for the future with vision and enthusiasm.

As the only professional theatre company in the State of  Texas that solely produces classical drama on a year-round basis, CTC only produces plays  that are 100 or more years old.
