Steve Keene’s first-ever NYC 30 Year Retrospective Show celebrating the release of The Steve Keene Art Book. The show includes a full room of Hand Painted Multiples, Album Art Tributes and a debut of his latest series of Tattooed Plywood (engraved) work and other 3D artworks. The show is making its New York public debut.

“Ego Death” features Grammy Award-winning guitar virtuoso and composer Steve Vai, most known for his work with Frank Zappa, Mary J Blige, Motörhead, Alice Cooper, and many more. Grammy Award-winning producer and trumpet player Brasstracks also appears on the track. The video features Vai and Brasstracks filmed in Los Angeles.

Award-winning Seacoast artist CJ Lewis is back in the director's chair to lead The Players' Ring's upcoming production of Steve Martin's The Underpants, running from October 7th-23rd.

The Guthrie Theater has announced the cast and creative team for Sally & Tom by Pulitzer Prize winner Suzan-Lori Parks, directed by Steve H. Broadnax III. Sally & Tom will play October 1 – November 6, 2022, on the McGuire Proscenium Stage.

BIRDLAND JAZZ CLUB will present vocalist and pianist Steve Ross in a special new show “Autumn Serenades” on Monday, October 24 at 7:00 PM. Ross will sing a few mellow seasonal ballads, including “September in the Rain,” “Autumn Leaves,” “September Song,” and “When October Goes.”

Steve Carell recently appeared on The Late Show last night, September 14. During the episode, a sketch was shown of Carell, opposite Stephen Colbert in a dramatic scene as part of the segment, 'Too Much Exposition Theatre.'

Drummer Steve Smith will perform at Birdland Jazz Club in New York City for an unprecedented five consecutive weeks with five different groups September 16 through October 16. Smith is known for playing with Jean-Luc Ponty, Journey, Steps Ahead and his own group Steve Smith and Vital Information.

30 years on, old mates Steve Hogarth and Darryl Way, have collaborated on the single “Morpheus.” The track is taken from Darryl’s forthcoming album “The Rock Artist’s Progress”; a unique concept and project created by legendary violinist Darryl Way that consists of an album and novel that are intrinsically linked together and sold as a bundle.

Steve Lacy will embark a run of North American shows set for this fall in support of his critically acclaimed sophomore album Gemini Rights. The tour, kicking off on October 2nd in Denver, CO, will make its way across the U.S. and Canada, wrapping up with a special hometown show on November 11 at The Greek in Los Angeles, CA.

Watch the music video for 'Angel In Flip-Flops,” written by Steve Martin and “Only Murders in the Building” co-executive producer Kirker Butler. The new episode opens with Charles-Haden Savage (played by Steve Martin) in his kitchen performing “Angel in Flip-Flops,” a song that he recorded back in the ‘90s for his hit TV crime series, Brazzos.

Birdland presented pianist/singer Steve Ross in “Cole Porter & Beyond” on Monday, July 18.  Steve’s special guest was David Maiocco, who has been touring internationally with his show, “Hey, Look Me Over: David Maiocco as Liberace.” Check out photos here!

Steve Lacy will release his forthcoming sophomore album, Gemini Rights in the form of a collaboration with artist and friend Fousheé, “Sunshine.” The album includes previously released acclaimed single “Mercury” and recent Billboard Hot 100 entry “Bad Habit.” With the track’s release comes a minimalistic music video directed by rubberband.
