Bringing her fresh perspective to a part with a passionate fan following, Gresham approaches Dawn with reverence and originality.

Composer and lyricist William Finn passed away on April 7 at the age of 73. Into the Woods is a Tony Award-winning 1986 Musical written by Stephen Sondheim (Music/Lyrics) and James Lapine (Book), marking their second collaboration following Sunday in the Park with George (1984). Into the Woods premiered in 1986 at San Diego’s Old Globe Theatre and then was followed by a Broadway transfer in 1987 which amassed three Tony Awards (Best Score, Best Book, and Best Actress. On April 14, 2025, Virginia's Tony Award-winning Signature Theatre will honor star of stage and screen Mandy Patinkin with the company's fourteenth Stephen Sondheim Award. The Stephen Sondheim Award will be presented at a black-tie Gala Benefit at The Anthem and will benefit Signature Theatre's artistic, education, and community programs.

Girl From the North Country, the Tony-award winning musical featuring the songs of Bob Dylan, will be coming to PBS this May. The live capture of the Broadway musical will premiere as part of Great Performances on Friday, May 23 at 9 p.m. ET on PBS.

PBS has confirmed that the recording of Roundabout Theatre Company’s production of David Henry Hwang’s Yellow Face will air on Friday, May 16 as part of the Great Performances series.

Theatre Aspen announced Sirius-XM radio host Seth Rudetsky is returning to Aspen to host a one-night-only performance of his “Broadway Concert Series” with Tony Award-winning actress Stephanie J. Block.
