Two-time GRAMMY®-nominated, Emmy and BAFTA Award-winning composer Bear McCreary has released his epic album The Singularity digitally via Sparks & Shadows Records. The Singularity is an ambitious concept album, graphic novel, and concert experience featuring a legendary lineup of rock talent. The CD and vinyl release come out next week, on May 10. Two days after the physical release, McCreary will perform the album live, at the Fonda Theatre in Los Angeles with special guests. Listen to the album now!

On Wednesday, May 8, Image Comics will release the ambitious graphic novel companion to the album, created by McCreary with Mat Groom and produced by Black Market Narrative. The multiformat event begins with the premiere of the first single from the album, “Type III” (feat. Rufus Wainwright), available everywhere now.

Bleed Like Me was a top 5 album chart hit in the UK, US, Australia, and the European Billboard chart upon its initial release in April 2005. The album featured four singles, “Why Do You Love Me,” which was a top 10 single in the UK, “Bleed Like Me” and “Sex Is Not The Enemy,” which both went on to be regulars in the band's live shows.

Acclaimed musician and Song Exploder host/creator Hrishikesh Hirway unveils a new song, “Still Dreaming,” co-produced with Grammy-winning producer Dan Wilson (Taylor Swift, Adele, Leon Bridges), along with a video directed by Demi Adejuyigbe. A run of live performances with Jenny Owen Youngs will bring Hirway to new cities.

Currently recovering from a triumphant return to the stage in Europe and the UK, Los Angeles' SHE WANTS REVENGE are adding a handful of dates in the Southeast and Texas to their Fall North American Tour, including Houston (Nov. 26th at White Oak Music Hall), Durham, NC (Nov. 29th at Motorco Music Hall) and Tampa, FL (Dec. 4th at The Orpheum).

The new single “El Romance-0” from the highly anticipated John Doe solo effort, Fables in a Foreign Land. The song, which also features Los Lobos’ Louie Pérez adding his lyrics in Spanish, comes alive in the new music video, recently shot in Austin by director Gilbert Trejo (Jerry Cantrell, X, Starcrawler, Blackbear).
